The introduction of the electronic and paperless accounting system in the accounting firm Biro Bonus, d. o. o. was a demanding project where all employees participated. The shorter part of the project team also included colleagues from the companies Sating d. o. o. and Eba, d. o. o., with whom they developed the EBAPAN software interface and various processes for regulating paperless documentation. (Tomc Muc, 2012) The design of the system is based on the integration of the Business Information System for Business Monitoring (Pantheon), Document Management System (EBA) and Programming Interface (EBAPAN). The Pantheon and EBA systems are comprehensive and operate in accordance with the legislation. The EBAPAN interface connects them and enables their simultaneous and consequently efficient use.
